FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS PERSON CENTRED COUNSELLING?
Carl Rogers was an American psychologist who founded the approach. As the name suggests this mode of therapy concentrates very much on the person and uses the therapeutic relationship to help you understand what is happening in your world. It's a non-directive approach, I believe you are the expert on your life, therefore you bring to the session what you feel is most important.

Existential therapy uses a strong philosophical understanding to help you better understand what is happening in your world and can be an empowering way to facilitate the resources within you to gain new insights and a greater awareness of your choices. Its key concepts are concerned with freedom, responsibility, anxiety, isolation, meaning and death.
